"A Grand Day Out" (Sweded) and "It's a Mad, Glad, Sad, Bad World" screen at Swede Fest 6. The festival is standing room only, again (175+).

Jessika and Vince hit two television/webcast shows on Central Valley Talk to plug their films, "Appellation" and Beaten Path, respectively, and the 2010 Yosemite International Film Festival. The first show of the day was "Central Valley Buzz" with Chuck Leonard. The second show was "Seriously!" with Mike Wirtz.
Vince also worked on a swede of "A Grand Day Out" with his 5-year old son, Jimmy for the festival.
The most recent cut of Beaten Path is screened for Stephen Carter. He is doing a superb job on the score. SparkleJet and Joe Rosato, Jr. are also contributing to this fantastic soundtrack.
Fresno Famous releases its faux awards for Swede Fest 5. Vince Cosentino is awarded Best Actor for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in Raging Bull (Sweded). It is always nice to be recognized for the work that you do, even when it is just for fun.
May 8, 2010 marked the day for the Swede Fest 5 screening. It was reported that approximately 170 people attended the screening. Vince Cosentino's entry was Raging Bull (Sweded). It featured Mark, Jim, and Vince Cosentino with voice talent from Jimmy Cosentino.

The Lookee Loo Showdown Showcase #2 screens "The Retainer," produced and directed by Vince Cosentino. It is the only entry in the challenge that is completed on time. The screening takes place at the Revue with a very nice crowd on hand.

"La Bamba - Sweded" is screened at the 2009 Fresno Swede Festival and comes away with three awards* including Best Picture. Congratulations to Kristin Cosentino for being awarded Best Supporting Actress and Jimmy Cosentino for scoring his second award in as many festivals with the Best Supporting Actor award.
A roughcut of Beaten Path is screened for some local filmmakers and receives positive reviews. The final cut continues to be shaped with some of their suggestions put into place.
